OUR PROGRAMS
In addition to our Support Groups, the First Floor Program offers a number of short programs designed to equip individuals and families with skills and strategies to communicate, meet their needs and stay well. All of our programs are run by trained facilitators and based on research on what works. In addition to our programs we also have a number of counsellors, family child and adolescent support workers available for individual counselling and case management.
